This role will serve as the receptionist and office administrator with full responsibility for the general administrative functions and activities of the office, which includes greeting, assisting and providing direction and information to customers, visitors and other guests of the organization. This is a part-time position with hours between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

This role will serve as the receptionist and office administrator with full responsibility for the general administrative functions and activities of the office, which includes greeting, assisting and providing direction and information to customers, visitors and other guests of the organization. This is a part-time position with hours between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Receptionist for the office, answering general inquires of customers, applicants, visitors and employees while providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Sort, distribute and process incoming and outgoing mail correspondence and other information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain inventory of office, kitchen, beverage/food supplies. Communicating with cleaning company, vending machine vendor and office supply companies.
- Maintain a clean, organized and efficient office environment, order office supplies, manage inventory and coordinate office maintenance repairs as needed.
- Assist in planning and coordination of company sponsored events, business lunches and social functions.
- Performs other projects and duties as assigned.
- Prior administrative and clerical experience preferred
- Proven experience in providing support to internal and external customers required.
- Knowledge of general office functions.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
