Principal Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain fluid cost lists for various house plans
- Revise plan and option pricing due to changing circumstances or development requirements
- Input cost and product specific information into builders' software system
- Schedule purchasing of some products to ensure availability
- Ensure invoice accuracy
- Coordinate with inside staff on costs, questions, product information being input into builder software.
- Maintain current vendor relationships while cultivating positive and productive new ones
- Communicate with outside staff for plan pricing and product modifications.
- Knowledge of new home construction processes and materials used
- Proficient with Microsoft suite applications and strong computer skills
- Familiarity with MarkSystems or other builder software a plus
- Ability to demonstrate positive, confident, and respectful traits with a team-oriented attitude
- Accurate blueprint reading skills
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be a self-starter and finisher
- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus
- Ability to excel and thrive in a dynamic environment
